Sue Carter is a Licensed Account Manager at Trust Shield Insurance Group. She joined the company in January 1999.
At the Office
The Chicago native began working at the agency as a receptionist and working her way up to becoming a licensed agent with a Certified Insurance Service Representative designation.
Her day-to-day responsibilities include account management, specializing in personal and commercial lines. The ability to develop relationships with her clients and co-workers is her favorite part of working for Trust Shield.
At Home
Sue lives in Vicksburg with her husband of 36 years, Chris. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, kayaking, biking, and cooking.
