Shelly Hochstedler
Shelly Hochstedler is the Office Manager at Trust Shield Insurance Group’s branch in Vicksburg. She joined the company in September 2005.
At the Office
Originally from Hillsdale, Shelly lives in Kalamazoo and studied at Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
Her day-to-day responsibilities include managing the hourly staff, processing payroll and accounts payable and receivable, serving on the management team, providing back up to account managers, and assisting with I.T. issues as the main troubleshooting contact. She finds all parts of her job rewarding and can’t pick a favorite!
At Home
Shelly and her husband Matt have one daughter, Emily; one son, Evan; and a yellow lab named Sophie.
She enjoys camping and lounging at the pool with her family and taking walks or doing a word search to relax. Shelly also enjoys going to the beach, but she definitely does NOT feed the seagulls. She has a bird phobia.
