Jennifer Benthin is a Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager at Trust Shield Insurance Group’s Vicksburg location. She joined the agency in August 2016.

A graduate of Kalamazoo Valley Community College, Jennifer earned additional certificates in administrative support, software specialist, word processing, office support, and office management. Jennifer has worked her way up at Trust Shield from receptionist to account manager.
Her day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, quoting new business, policy servicing & calling insured’s and companies. . She has worked in customer service since 1998.
At Home
Originally from Schoolcraft, Jennifer lives in Vicksburg with her significant other, son, two step-daughters and two cats.
She enjoys putting puzzles together and reading, but is not a fan of dolls or clowns.
