Diane Mezo
Diane Mezo is the Office Manager for Trust Shield Insurance Group’s Schoolcraft location. She joined the company in January of 1999.
At the Office
A graduate of Kalamazoo Valley Community College, Diane has more than 25 years in the insurance industry. Quick-witted, she sites 5:00 p.m. as her favorite part of working at the agency. Just kidding!
In reality, the team effort which enabled the Schoolcraft office to grow from 5 employees to 20 is her favorite part of her job. She enjoys the ability to work together, going and growing with a common goal.
When it comes to tasks around the office, you name it and Diane has probably done it! She’s known as the “Queen of Cash” but her official duties include managing accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and human resources duties alongside Operations Manager Tim Ashcraft.
At Home
Originally from Vicksburg, Diane lives in Galesburg with her husband Art. The couple has been married since 1983. Their family includes Kristen and her husband, Brian, Lauren, and two grand dogs.
She enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her family.
