Kathy Mastenbrook
Kathy Mastenbrook serves as the Life and Health Department Assistant for Trust Shield Insurance Group. Primarily working out of the Vicksburg location, she joined the company in January 2012.
At the Office
She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a Licensed Life and Health Assistant. She has worked in the administration and customer service field since 2002. Prior to moving into the life and health department, Kathy served as the agency’s receptionist.
Her typical work day includes assisting customers with payments, billing inquiries, policy changes, and questions. She enjoys problem solving and working with customers to find the best policies and coverage to fit their individual needs.
At Home
Originally from Portage, Kathy and her family now live in Schoolcraft where she serves on the Schoolcraft Community Schools Board of Education and the Village of Schoolcraft’s Village Council.
Her family includes her husband Mark, sons Aaron and Collin, Golden Retriever Sophie, and cats Jasper and Lucky.
Kathy enjoys camping, fishing, and canoeing regionally or in places she can drive to since she hates flying!
