Joy Knight
Joy Knight is a Commercial Lines Account Manager for Trust Shield Insurance Group. Primarily working out of the Vicksburg location, she joined the agency in January 2016.
At the Office
She brings a wealth of experience to the agency and has worked in the insurance industry since 1984. Joy completed two years of college and is an Associate in Underwriting (AU) and a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). She is currently working toward a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
Joy’s responsibilities include processing commercial renewals, quoting new business, problem solving for clients, supporting the agents under her supervision, and handling the commercial house accounts. She finds each aspect of her job equally rewarding.
At Home
Originally from Lowell, Joy lives in Plainwell with her husband Ken. Married since 1989, the couple has five children, 10 grandchildren, and a dog named Roscoe.
Her favorite pastimes are reading and spending time with grandchildren. Don’t ask her to eat cabbage though; she won’t eat any purple salad ingredients!
